What we collect

• Contact info you submit (name, business, email, phone).
• Merchant statements you upload for the free hidden-fee analysis.
• Basic messages you send us about a quote or project.

How we use it

Statement uploads and contact data are used to quote and serve the client — nothing else. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Sharing

When we make a referral (for example, to a processor or lender), we share only what's needed for that introduction and only with your knowledge. Vendors we hire on your behalf (e.g., a printer) receive only the files needed to deliver your project.

Storage

Statements are stored securely on our systems. Account numbers can be redacted before you send us the file — see the note near the upload on our homepage.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email sales@noblepayfinancial.com and we'll remove it.
