All sales final
All sales on our Work with us page are final. No refunds. Deposits and project fees are earned when paid. If a charge posts in error (duplicate or wrong amount), email sales@noblepayfinancial.com within 5 business days and we will correct it. That is the only adjustment.
Scope
This policy covers project fees billed directly to you by NoblePay Financial LLC — including website builds, print/signage, on-site discovery/install, hardware, monthly care, and training. Full details are on the Work with us page.
Not covered
Card processing on your customer sales stays on your own merchant account — not ours. Anything billed by a third-party processor, lender, or vendor is subject to their own terms.
