Terms of Service

These terms describe the services NoblePay Financial LLC provides and how we work together. By working with us or engaging us for any project, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell the services listed on our Work with us page — including website builds, print and signage, on-site discovery/install, hardware, monthly care, and training. Fees for that work are paid directly to NoblePay Financial LLC.

2. Processing introductions are referrals

When we help a business shop payment processors or capital lenders, those are referrals. Client merchant accounts are in the client's name and are not held by NoblePay Financial LLC.

3. Payment

Fees are quoted in writing and paid by invoice, in-person tap, or agreed method. Cards accepted only for fees owed to NoblePay Financial LLC.

4. Sales policy

See our full Sales policy. In short: all project sales are final; billing errors reported within 5 business days will be corrected.

5. Ownership

You own the deliverables we produce for you — copy, files, designs, and specs — once fees are paid. Third-party vendors (for example, printers) produce physical output; you own the files we spec.
